You may bring your skates to return in store, send us a note or call (404) 892-1292 11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST Wed-Sun to initiate an exchange via mail.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, note that we cannot reserve or hold an item for exchange. If the item is not available when we receive the item, you will be issued a store credit or refund. Exchange items are shipped for free.
**HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY**
Items ordered between November 15th and December 24th will be eligible for refund or exchange through January 25th. This does not apply to items that are marked final sale*
We accept returns of new, unworn-condition items within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be made in person at our flagship store in Atlanta, or via mail. Please email us or call us at
11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST
to initiate a return via mail.
Products must be in the original condition you received them and in their original packaging. All price tags must be attached.
Pack the return items, along with the original receipt/packing slip or copy of the receipt/packing slip, and a note indicating your RMA#. You can use your original shipping box or any plain box. Please be sure to peel off any previous mailing labels on the box, or completely cover it with the new label.
Please ship by courier of your choice and pay the return postage when sending the return item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping the items being sent back for refund or exchange. Skate Escape will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage incurred on return shipments.
Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.
